Non Encumbrance Certificate - Documents Require

A non-encumbrance certificate is generally used for a mortgage-based Bank Loan. It defines a property as not having any liabilities related to any past agreement or legal commitment against that property. In a state like Assam, this certificate can be applied online via the Sewa Setu Portal.

  1. Land Patta ( Jamabandi )
  2. Land Revenue Receipt up to date
  3. Land Holding 
  4. Pan Card of the Land owner) 
  5. Address proof- Voter id or Aadhar Card.

* Mandatory:-

Applicant cannot apply for non-encumbrance certificates without proof of ID (PAN/ AADHAR).
